Fishing You a Happy Birthday!

Another Meljen's digi stamp (I seem to use them on every card!  They are just too cute!)

The stamp is the Tom Cat Goes Fishing Freebie. 

 I used glossy accents for the water, pop dotted the fish and the cat and I used embroidery floss as the string.
